So it has been an eventful couple of months here at the Gooseberry Press Studio. Firstly, the preparations and planning for the National Stationery Show (NSS) in New York City were all consuming and what little time I had apart from that was devoted to taking care of a few custom projects.
The show was quite successful and we met lots of wonderful businesses. The best part however, was meeting others from San Francisco. It is so great to see how many creative and wonderful businesses are in our neck of the woods :)
I took tons of pictures and I’ll post about the Show in general in my next update.
That was May – this is June. I’m sure many of you are experiencing the beauty and warmth of early summer, but here in San Francisco, it is fog for miles and miles. We joke that we have to go North or South to get any sunshine in the summer but Spring is generally sunny and warm. This year however has proven to be a very chilly spring indeed. I’m longing to get into my garden and plant some tomatoes, but I’m still debating whether to do it.
Even if Summer is not sizzling in terms of temperature – my work schedule surely is! I met so many great people at NSS and I’m so happy to get started on some of those fantastic projects :)
